Healing happens where we feel safe.

Welcome to my office!

I believe that healing involves so much more than the discussions with your therapist. It’s also about how you feel safe and supported in a space, which is why my office is designed with Mother Nature in mind- from warm wood, tropical plants, ample natural light and earthy tones. In fact, research shows that biophilic design- or design of interior spaces with natural elements- supports stress reduction in the form of decreased cortisol levels, heart rate and blood pressure. My goal is to make you feel like you’ve stepped into a cozy living room where you can relax & unwind.

A cozy office space with a large window overlooking greenery and houses, decorated with two framed art pieces on a plain wall, indoor plants, a dark armchair with green pillows, a beige sofa with green pillows, a wooden side table, a wooden cabinet, and a colorful area rug.

Let’s get you oriented.

My office is located inside a business office suite called Regus, which is straight outside the elevator doors on the 4th floor of the building.

The Regus space has a receptionist, waiting area and several single offices for business professionals.

Upon your first visit, I will greet you at the door and show you back to my office space so that you know where to find me.

The office building

I am located at 7535 E Hampden Ave, Suite 400, Denver, CO. There is ample free surface parking on the front and back sides of the building. When you arrive, head straight through the double doors into the lobby (pictured below). You will take the elevator up to the 4th floor.
